Four Accidents in 7 Minutes

Posted by PKSD Law Firm on Oct 06, 2009 in Car Accidents

An Appleton man was involved in four accidents over a 4-mile stretch in just seven minutes.

Kiriko Masasi, 23, somehow managed to run his 1996 Lincoln into a guardrail, a traffic standard and five vehicles before he suffered life-threatening injuries Sunday afternoon.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, Masasi was making a right turn from Hwy. A onto Hwy. OO before he struck the guardrail on the opposite side of the road. Further down Hwy. OO, Masasi rear-ended two vehicles in two different lanes and then hit a traffic standard at the Hwy. 47 intersection.

Two-hundred yards further, he hit 3 vehicles head-on, sending a 29-year-old Appleton woman to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Four miles from the first accident Masasis car came to a stop and he was taken to a local hospital.
