We’re thrilled to announce that “Nate” is the lucky winner of our 10th anniversary Case or No Case commuter bike giveaway! On October 10th, PKSD partner Patrick O’Neill had the pleasure of presenting Nate with his new ride alongside the team at Vulture Space MKE, marking a special milestone in our firm’s commitment to Milwaukee.
This giveaway was more than just a contest—it was our way of celebrating a decade of educating the community about personal injury law while supporting sustainable transportation in Milwaukee. The response was incredible, and we couldn’t be happier to see the bike go to someone in our community.
We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this celebration than Vulture Space! This nonprofit organization is doing remarkable work right here in downtown Milwaukee at their location on Plankinton Avenue.
Vulture Space functions as both a community bicycle workshop and recyclery, making cycling accessible to everyone. They provide free tools and workstations where anyone can learn to fix or maintain their own bike, with trained staff and volunteers ready to help. They accept donated bicycles in any condition, refurbish them, and sell them at affordable prices—keeping bikes out of landfills and on Milwaukee streets.
Their mission aligns beautifully with our values: building a sustainable, healthier community where everyone has access to the resources they need. Whether you’re looking to fix up an old bike, buy a refurbished one, volunteer your time, or simply learn more about bicycle maintenance, Vulture Space is open seven days a week from 11-6.
For 10 years, Case or No Case has been helping Milwaukee residents understand more about their legal rights when it comes to personal injury claims. Hosted by PKSD partner Jeff Pitman alongside Fox Focus host Melanie Ricks, this series breaks down real-world scenarios that lead to personal injuries. Viewers are given the opportunity to determine whether an injured person has a valid case… or no case.
What started as a simple educational tool has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. Each segment presents a new situation, inviting our community to engage with the law in a way that’s accessible and relevant to everyday life. Whether it’s a slip-and-fall at a local business, a car accident on I-94, or a nursing home injury at a local long-term-care facility, Case or No Case helps demystify the legal process.
This 10-year milestone deserved a special celebration, and partnering with Vulture Space MKE to give away a commuter bike felt like the perfect way to honor both our history and our community’s future.
Congratulations again to Nate, and thank you to everyone who entered our contest! Here’s to another 10 years of serving Milwaukee, one case—or no case—at a time
