The Defendant, a 16-year-old female, was eastbound when she lost control of her vehicle causing her to cross over the center line and collide with the Plaintiffs car head-on.
The Plaintiff was taken by ambulance to Aurora Medical Center where she was treated for a fractured leg. The claim was paid by Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance.
