Attorney Samuel Killian was born and raised in Minocqua, Wisconsin. Prior to law school, Sam attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI, where he received his Bachelor of Arts as an English major in May 2020. Following his graduation from St. Norbert, he went on to earn his law degree from Marquette University Law School in May 2023.

Prior to working as an attorney at PKSD, Sam had a wide array of experiences throughout his legal education. Before beginning law school, Sam worked as a legal intern at the Brown County District Attorney’s office where he mainly assisted the District Attorney in criminal appeals cases. During his time at Marquette Law School, Sam served as a law clerk here at PKSD from June 2021 to May 2023. While serving in this role, he assisted and collaborated with PKSD attorneys on a variety of personal injury matters. At Marquette, he was a mentor in the Marquette Law Mentorship Program and he was also inducted into the Pro Bono Society as a result of his commitment to helping provide free legal advice through the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic to individuals who could not afford legal counsel.

Sam joined the PKSD family as an attorney in May 2023 and specializes in personal injury cases such as auto accidents and dog bites. As an attorney, Sam is committed to providing passionate and knowledgeable representation for his clients.

Sam lives in Milwaukee. When he is not in the office, he enjoys rooting for all the Wisconsin sports teams, staying active (i.e., golfing, running, travelling), reading, or spending time with his family and friends.
