security camera attached to buildingVideo footage from a surveillance camera and cellphone camera show a man being dragged, pushed and pulled on the grass and doused with liquid by two women wearing scrubs outside the Love of Caring assisted living home in Racine, Wisconsin last Thursday. The women were also shown yelling at the man.

The cellphone video showing the abuse was recorded by a woman who lives nearby. As she was recording the video, a caretaker came over to confront her. The caretaker demanded the woman hand over the phone and even grabbed her arm. The woman screamed when this happened and later called the police.

According to those who live near the facility, this is not the first time they have seen abuse at this facility. The woman who recorded the cellphone video has also seen verbal and physical abuse at the facility before.

The woman’s daughter says her mother has been trying to help victims of abuse at this facility, but she was unable to collect evidence. They contacted both the Racine Police Department and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS). As of Friday, the police had not reviewed all the videos of the incident.

On Friday evening, the same caretakers were back in the facility. That is why the woman who took the video posted it on social media.

The Racine Police Department did not respond to CBS 58 News’ request for comment on Friday. DHS also said it could not confirm or deny the complaint.

According to the DHS website, Love of Caring is licensed and registered with DHS and has four locations, all in Racine.
