About Benjamin E. Reyes
Practice Areas: Personal Injury, Nursing Home Abuse
Ben represents people who have been seriously injured and those who have been neglected or abused in nursing homes, hospitals, or other long-term care facilities. Ben is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois, New Mexico, and Texas. Prior to PKSD, Ben defended catastrophic personal injury and product liability claims across the country. Ben is honored to use the knowledge he gained working on the other side to advocate for families harmed by corporate negligence. He loves to stand up to a bully.

Ben graduated cum laude in the top 10% of his class from Marquette University Law School. At Marquette, he was a judicial intern for the Judge Aaron E. Goodstein at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He also interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Ben is also a graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Method at Thunderhead Ranch in Dubois, Wyoming (formerly known as the Trial Lawyers College). There, he had an opportunity to learn from some of the best trial lawyers in the country.
